Jody Bergsma is a talented, highly respected artist whose watercolor paintings express a vast and vivid imagination. When asked what inspires her as an artist, she recalls traumatic events which occurred when she was just a toddler. To this day, Jody draws upon the endless well of creativity which her trauma seemed to give her access to—an inner world of imagery which is the essence of her inspiration: “I cannot possibly paint all the images that come from this endless source, but they have always been there to inspire me...” |
